NATALIE ENGLER, LICSW · MASSACHUSETTS
We suffer when we forget that we belong to one another and to all of life. Let’s remember together.
ABOUT
Welcome
I’m Natalie Engler, a licensed clinical social worker, energy practitioner, and systemic constellation facilitator in the Boston area. A lifelong seeker and forever student, I have always believed that the clinical and the mystical can coexist.
Whether you are looking to clear the imprints of trauma, increase access to your innate healing capacities, or bring greater awareness to systems that have shaped you, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel genuinely seen and supported.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent eight years teaching yoga. It showed me how much the body holds, and that understanding remains foundational to all of my offerings.
My role isn’t to act as a healer but as a facilitator, so that you can access your own wisdom and wholeness. Whatever brings you, you belong.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
Four offerings, one approach
MASSACHUSETTS ONLY
Therapy
If you’ve been experiencing anxiety, trauma, or a pattern you can’t quite name, this is a place to slow down and work with it, not just talk about it.
I’m certified in EMDR and draw from somatic and Internal Family Systems-informed approaches. I specialize in acute and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and experiences that can be difficult to put into words.

Systemic Constellations
Systemic constellation work offers a way to see your patterns alive within a system, whether it’s your family, your body, an organization, or a collective.
Private 1:1 sessions · Group workshops
OPEN TO ANYONE
Coaching
For those looking to clear obstacles, build healthy routines, enhance their relationships, or live in alignment with their values.
I also offer integration coaching for people making meaning of a psychedelic or other non-ordinary experience they’ve had elsewhere, so the insights can take root in daily life.
Wherever you live · In person or online

Energy & Sound
Energy work offers another way of shifting patterns that insight alone doesn’t always reach. I offer Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET), Reiki, and EFT (tapping), often accompanied by crystal singing bowls.

FOR COLLABORATORS
Let’s create something together
If you’ve felt the limits of working alone in your own discipline, or you’re looking for a co-creator who brings depth and holds space for what emerges, let’s connect.
I’m also available to bring my offerings to retreats as half-day or full-day workshops, or one-on-one sessions for guests.
Therapy or coaching?
They can look similar from the outside. Here’s the simple version.
Therapy
It’s for working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and patterns that are getting in the way of daily life. Because I’m licensed in Massachusetts, you’ll need to be in Massachusetts for our sessions.
Coaching
It’s for clarifying what you want, building habits that support it, and integrating meaningful experiences. It’s open to people anywhere, and it isn’t a substitute for therapy.
Energy, sound & constellations
These are complementary practices you can explore on their own, wherever you are. For my therapy clients, they can also be woven into our sessions.
“The hunger to belong is at the heart of our nature.”

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
-
No. Many people move between one-on-one sessions, group work, and workshops over time. We’ll figure out together what fits where you are right now.
-
Yes. No prior experience is necessary. I’ll explain what to expect as we go.
-
It depends on what you’re looking for. Some people work with me as their primary therapist. Others come to me only for constellation work, psychedelic integration coaching, or energy work, or for adjunctive EMDR sessions alongside therapy they’re already doing with someone else.
-
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I am licensed in Massachusetts. If you have out-of-network benefits and live in MA, I can provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
-
A good rule of thumb: if what you’re carrying is getting in the way of daily life, or you want help with trauma, anxiety, or depression, therapy is the place to start. If you’re feeling fairly steady and want support with a transition, a goal, or integrating an experience, coaching may fit. Not sure? We can figure it out together, and if coaching ever brings up something that calls for clinical care, I’ll say so and help you find the right support.
-
Yes, through coaching, energy work, sound, constellations, or a workshop. Therapy is the one exception: my license lets me offer it only to people who are in Massachusetts during our sessions. I’m glad to help you find a therapist where you live.
-
No. I don’t provide, recommend, or facilitate the use of psychedelic substances. Integration coaching is a space to make sense of an experience you’ve already had.
